ARROW-ALT-CIRCLE-DOWN –  low-intensity and give you the opportunity to get your body moving. FACE-SMILE-RELAXED – suitable for children or for families to enjoy together. CIRCLE-Y – suitable for young people between 12 to 25 years old. CIRCLE-S – suitable for older adults to enjoy. INFO-CIRCLE – activities which show you how to create a variety of meals, learn tips and tricks as well as nutrition information. CIRCLE-STAR – only promoted, not funded by Active & Healthy.

Fitness activities are to get your heart pumping, strengthen your muscles and have fun. Health and wellbeing activities help you to learn more about your body and mind and give you the skills to look after yourself and others around you. Learn how to feel happy, healthy, connected, and purposeful. Sport, recreation and outdoor activities are for people who love to try something new, get adventurous and enjoy being active. Trying new things and spending time outside is great for your physical and mental health. Stretch and move classes give you the opportunity to get your body moving in any way you can. Improve your health and fitness without breaking a sweat.
